The Belair Beach Hotel in Little Bay

Suites are available in one and two-bedroom configurations. The two-bedroom suites include two bathrooms, a full kitchen, a dining and living area, and a private terrace facing the sea. The pull-out sofa in the living room sleeps two more. For guests who prefer space over proximity — families, couples travelling together, those who simply want a kitchen and a balcony — the Belair offers a residential quality that larger resorts rarely achieve.

All suites are air-conditioned and include high-speed WiFi, flat-screen televisions in both the master bedroom and living room, and daily housekeeping. The hotel combines traditional hotel units with timeshare and condominium facilities. Philipsburg is three minutes by car. The airport is eighteen minutes. The beach is directly in front of you.

Gingerbread Cafe

The Gingerbread Cafe sits directly on the beach at Belair, open seven days a week from 8am to 10pm for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The menu covers Caribbean and American cuisine, and the kitchen runs weekly specials that have become fixtures for returning guests — Monday night BBQ and Friday night Surf & Turf among them. The location makes it as much a place to linger as to eat: coffee in the morning with the sea in front of you, a cold drink at sunset with the cruise ships on the horizon.

Starlite Car Rental operates an Arrive & Drive Away service that solves the first problem of any Caribbean holiday: getting from the airport without waiting in a taxi queue. Belair guests receive their rental vehicle directly at Princess Juliana International Airport upon arrival — within ten minutes, at no additional charge. You land, collect your bags, and drive yourself to the hotel. Sint Maarten is a small island best explored with your own wheels, and Starlite makes sure you have them from the moment you arrive.

The Belair Mini Market is on the ground floor of the hotel, directly beside the lobby — groceries, drinks and essentials without leaving the property. Convenient for guests in suites with full kitchens.
